About Us
AQ Life Coaching and AQ Community Coaching CIC exist because Black men and boys deserve spaces built on cultural understanding, emotional clarity and identity work.
Our approach is grounded in three forms of intelligence that shape every interaction:
Intrapersonal Intelligence understanding self, emotions and purpose with clarity and intention.
Intercultural Intelligence navigating identity and belonging with confidence across cultures.
Intergenerational Intelligence connecting wisdom, experience and legacy across generations.
We help people feel seen, heard and guided through cultural understanding so they can move with clarity, confidence and purpose.

Who we serve

Youth Mentoring Programme
I’d never had a coach or mentor before, and AQ Coaching changed everything. As a recent graduate feeling lost, AQ helped me create a roadmap — focusing each week on progress, research and networking. The sessions helped me face hard truths, set personal goals and see that the ‘dream life’ is achievable through self‑dedication. I’m excited to see how my journey unfolds.

Adult Male, 1:1 Coaching
During a difficult transition, AQ Coaching helped me navigate overwhelming thoughts and build confidence for a new chapter in my life. I gained lifelong tools and insight into parts of myself I never knew — both challenges and strengths. Even after just three sessions, AQ continued to check in. ensuring I stayed on my path to success and healing. I’m deeply grateful for the journey.”

Family Participation
As a family, we learned how to communicate, listen and understand each other again. AQ Coaching created a space where every voice mattered. The impact didn’t stop at the sessions — it changed our home, our relationships and the way we show up for one another.

Community Participant
AQ Coaching opened our eyes with awareness, helped us find a balanced way to see our challenges and reminded us how powerful compassion can be. We walked away feeling supported, informed and inspired by each other.
