Free coaching and mentoring for Black and interracial boys and men, their families and communities. Every programme follows the same four-zone journey.

Building confidence and belonging through coaching and mentoring.

What boys explore at each age

Ages 7–10
  • Feelings and strengths, through stories, play and picture cards
  • A calm-down toolkit and traffic-light choices
  • Being a good friend, helping at home and asking for help
Ages 11–14
  • Strengths, confidence and “what’s under the mask”
  • Peer pressure, and saying no without losing face
  • Friendships online and offline, and the move to secondary school
Ages 15–18
  • My story so far, and what I carry from my family
  • Handling conflict and pressure, and communicating under stress
  • Relationships, identity, future choices and becoming a mentor

Two cohorts of three months in 2027, growing to quarterly cohorts from 2028. Subject to funding.

Move outside your own box, and create change for the next man. For fathers, uncles, older brothers and Boys2Men graduates.

One-day workshops on a single pillar, or a three-day programme that brings all four together. For men, boys, families and community groups.
