How we work
The House of Service
Both entities share one House of Service:
- Shine a Light: coaching
- Move with Purpose: mentoring
- Amplify Voices: storytelling through the AQ Community Channel (AQ Community Coaching C.I.C.), and consultancy for schools and organisations (AQ Life Coaching Ltd)
We work one-to-one, in groups and with teams.
We measure change from start to finish of every programme, with follow-ups at 3, 6 and 12 months, and report it each year in our impact report.
